This New Year’s Eve, we invite you to slow down. To savour, to connect, to enjoy. No countdown crowds, just time to be present. On December 31st, we open our doors for an intimate and festive night filled with sensory experience and quiet celebration.
You’re welcome from 19:30. At 20:00, we’ll begin a five-course journey of worldly flavours and refined calm. We start with a glass of champagne and pair each course with carefully selected premium wines. As the clock strikes midnight, we raise our glasses once more—champagne in hand, with fireworks above the IJ.
