Chef Andreas
Chef Andreas brings over twenty years of experience in Amsterdam’s hospitality industry to Nomad aan het IJ. His passion for international flavours has been shaped in part by his travels through South America, Asia, North Africa, the Caribbean and Southern Europe, where he discovered a wide variety of cultures and cuisines.
Over the years, Andreas has gained extensive experience at several renowned hospitality establishments in Amsterdam, developing his own distinctive style and culinary vision along the way.
At Nomad, his experience, passion for travel and love of global flavours come together. Together with his team, Andreas takes our guests on a culinary journey around the world.
